I thought they might find him guilty of the rape of the Irish woman in the least, she testified. Her testimony must not have been strong enough.

He could be out soon.

Wolters may be less certain now.

Another upside, is confidence in German criminal justice and if Brueckner is ever convicted of taking Madeleine, we can be real sure he did it.

What's strange about the Stellander theory, is that mainstream media has not picked up on it.

Not unexpected. He had nothing to do with it. This is exactly as Amaral said it would end..An innocent party being implicated before operation Grange ended. I have zero respect for Wolters. Highly prejudicial to be constantly saying he's certain he's guilty and then not following through with charges..

This is the link to the reconstruction video for the moment of the Jez Wilkins meeting with Gerry and where Jane Tanner walked past and spawned the Tannerman abductor angle. An accidental error/ comment within it is credited pointing to the night of Maddie death as being 2nd not the 3rd. The important soccer games that Gerry was interested in was the night of the 2nd .....champion leagues fixtures

One innocent explanation could be Gerry was gone a long time and Kate didn't know there was no game at all but made the comment anyway because that's what he did..Possible

This is the piece of evidence that Stellander has latched onto to allege a 2nd May death..Not a strong argument

The most recent media article.. another charge albeit merely insulting prison staff. Wolters again telling us there is no prospect of charges but again BS that " the people would think him guilty if they knew the evidence we have". I find it pretty disgusting an officer of court carries on like this persecuting someone he isn't prepared to charge through lack of evidence.

The guy isn't involved. Pretty clear to me. Was scheduled for release in September and may be put back of guilt verdict on this new charge

I made the claim ages ago he wasn't involved AND that Wolters would ultimately advise he wasn't charging him AND he'd be released..still months to go but pretty certain that will be the way it plays out. The alternative is that all the evidence against the other party will be used and tested in the defence of Brueckner..neither UK nor Germany want that to happen..it would be embarrassing..

So Wolters will keep saying we can't charge him but we know he's guilty.. yeah right

It's now universally accepted that the alarm went up at 9.20 approx because there are multiple corroborating testimonies all confirming searches had already started at that earlier time. Why we are still pushing incorrect narratives now proven wrong is astounding.

What is of great concern is that one of the Tapas 7 Matt Oldfield says his visit to check on children happened at 9.30 Way off given the corroborated testimonies pointing to 9.20 for the alarm.

There were multiple bar and restaurant staff especially the head chef who had just arrived for his shift so knew when he heard and saw the table cleared as a result of searching..One of the staff gave evidence for instance that he questioned the grandma (who was part of the takas 9) about why they had left her alone at table at 9.40..Then you have Scotland yard who came out much later accepting this timeline as correct and simultaneously then shifted their focus to Smithman as likely perp . Not even in dispute. But does raise an very interesting question as to why a current journalist would push this misinformation

Scotland yard chasing the Smithman efits..they came from the Smith family who saw a man at 10 toward the beach carrying a child . These efits were prepared in 2008 by investigators contracted by McCann but never released..indeed they were suppressed under threat of legal action by McCann from 2008 to 2013 when Scotland Yard pushed for access upon becoming aware. The Smiths identified Gerry as that Man to a confidence of 80%.. The timeline where Kate came running back to the table at 10 with Gerry present at the time excluded Gerry as that man. The fact that Scotland yard now believe Maddie went missing earlier and was seen by Smiths is interesting for lots of reasons.

The question not raised is why they are focusing on 8.30 to 9.15. Gerry supposedly went into the unit and saw the kids at 9.05.....so why instead are they thinking of 8.30 to 9.15 AND the Smith family who didn't see the man with child until 10. Could it be because multiple witnesses alerted them to the fact the alarm went up around 9.15? Yes that's exactly the reason. Maddie can't have been taken after 9.15 because that was close to alarm being raised..so they are indirectly disputing Gerry's tine whilst opening the way for the prime suspect to be Smithman who was identified as Gerry by them

I appreciate the effort, that gets half-way. Still doesn't resolve the claim in bold that you keep making which is not mentioned in the article at all.

You're not unintelligent, providing sources to support claims is a pretty standard requirement and something people have repeatedly asked you to do when you come sweeping in to this thread every few months with a flurry of posts. This isn't reddit.
