Considering that there are 543 pages in a thread that isn't even 2 months old, I have a feeling that there are probably a lot of people who have posted more in this thread than they have in almost any other single place on BF

Noone enjoys the happy couples. Viewers want damaged, psycho, nympho, partner swapping, bisexual, fame whore crazies with bad tattoos, alcohol and drug abuse issues, weird relatives and inappropriate friends. Thats what MAFS is all about.

I am amazed how many people, from both sides of the argument, claim to know what's best for the TV show.

I think they kind of like the drama too. I dint think anyone actually believes the point of the show is to get happy couples who live happily ever after do they?

Its like the old days of Greg Evans and Perfect Match. Noone wanted to see Shane and Kezza have a nice boring time at the Gold Coast. They wanted them to come back slagging each other off and saying they never wanted to see each other again

They need a mix; some couples that actually work gives the show credibility as being somewhat real.

Obviously matching couples for drama isn't believable, and that's where they need to get the balance right. Personalities that will start off OK then crack under the pressure and cause drama like Cyrell are believable, Ines & Sam really wasn't.

Cyrell is a star. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone else on this show legitimately embrace their issues like her and take on criticism. Plus she has been spot on everytime she has called out shit behaviour, that’s why Ines was shit scared of her.

She seems to have no agenda about getting famous and for that reason I hope that she does well. Not sure what she could do afterwards though, she has a voice for mime.

Yeah he probably could but the fact that Martha is a bitch is a separate issue. They are working as a couple.

I wouldnt. It was boring for the most part. There's an argument between Jess and Mick in the final 15 minutes. The rest was meh.

Thread made it all the more better tho, but yeah, was very average bar the end.
