All MAFS watchers and posters.

This thread is given a lot of rope with posting especially around insults of contestants (mostly deserved) BUT you need to ensure to abide by the site rules on profanity, racism, homophobia, sexism, misogyny etc etc etc.

Ill be explicitly clear, a minor infraction will get a deletion and a warning, a second minor infraction will be a thread ban, a serious infraction will be an automatic thread ban or worse.

The show is in poor taste (probably why we love it) and thus the posting can also be but there is a line and we need to remember and respect that.

But it showed her bitchy side. If you copped a spray like that, would you say yes to that person?
Yeah not surprising he spat it after that but I think the rot set in after his comments about his friends not accepting her - I think that was that before the homophobic video ?

Did you watch her vows? What she did was extremely harsh.

I just do not get this take.

She was lovely to him from the outset and then at the dinner party he said his friends won't like her (which was mean enough)... and then he said, everyone who meets her, including all the people on MAFS, wouldn't like her when they meet her. It was horrible.

And then at the vows, she said how humiliating it was and how horrible it was. Which was true.

The only slightly dumb thing she said was the part about her being the best thing that would happen to him. But that is just one of those stupid things girls under 25 say about themselves when they are trying to talk themselves up. It had nothing to do with him.

No. But that’s not what I originally commented on. I said Liam got off lightly from his petty behaviour.

I was surprised she agreed to give him another chance. He basically went out of his way to humiliate her at the dinner party.

And then when she called him on it, he went all red in the face and chucked the toys out of the cot.

Yeah that’s how I saw it. I remember him saying something like “my friends won’t accept you”. I was like that’s fine. Then he said something like “My friends are my family. If they do not get along with you it plays a huge effect in my life. My friends are the closest people to me and I trust their values and what they say."

He was basically like if they say they don’t like you then we’re through regardless of what Liam thought of Georgia.

I thought that was a huge dick move and that was said in front of everyone. He then tried to do the Bryce move by bringing everyone into the conversation to support his point of view that ppl didn’t like Georgia when they first met her.

Again, I thought it was a bigger dick move.

But yeah, each to their own.

Not sure if anyone in here knew, but our version of mafs is shown in NZ as well. Watched the finale with some NZ friends last night and they love it over there!

Went to Amsterdam a few years ago and met up with another couple to have drinks at their house. The most popular show in town was Australian MasterChef.
