Bombers have told him if he is still there when there 3rd round pick comes around they will use it on him.
Thats coming from the coach of his local league.
That's rubbish mate. What's the name of this coach i'll probably know him??

Not trolling, but Naita has better speed, better skills (handballs shown in AFL, hasn't had confidence to kick yet, but if you've seen him play at WAFL you'll see why), better vision, better poise, and he is taller.
He looks good because he's taller than everyone else.
He's only 195cm. That's shorter than Watts IIRC.
At that height he can only play as a forward.
Why do you want him?
Because the taller the player is, the better he is, & talls can only play as forwards. Sure...
You can't compare two players when one has already played 10 games at AFL level, while the only vision we have of the other is a four minute video. Come back when Daw has played a game before deciding Naitanui is better than him.
Ah, the point Lewigie was making is that at Daw's height, there is no way he will end up being a ruckman at AFL level, whereas Naitanui was 199cm when drafted and is now 201cm. Majak Daw plays ruck but if drafted, will not end up there and his average stats are actually quite poor compared to other draftees.
Only reason he's being compared to Naitanui is because he's black and plays a bit of ruck, however he struggles to get into his TAC side.
Not a hope in hell, if he you loko at his stats in TAC cup he averages about 8 toouches a game, if thsi guy was white no one would care.I like him....our fourth pick?
Someone's a great video editor, and it sure doesn't take much media coverage to overrate a kid.
193cm, 84kg.
So not a ruckman past U/18s, could only become a forward.
He averages (at TAC level) about 4 kicks at ~30% efficiency, 4 handballs at ~80% efficiency and despite the impressive marking in the highlight reel, averages about 2 marks a game of which less than 1 are contested. Kicked one goal in his first ten games this year and then kicked 5 in a match a couple of weeks ago, and then kicked 1 and 2 respectively since.
Rookie pick you would have to think.
Well I have to disagree. Jeff White was 195cm, & he held down the role pretty well for someone who had a big height disadvantage. Daw has the legs & the leap to play Ruck, so don't dismiss him straight away, he could potentially play as a pinch-hitter with the right training. His chances of being drafted are slim anyway, since I agree his stats aren't all that good.
Maybe, I would argue that shorter, mobile ruckmen are becoming more popular as mobility around the ground is seen to be just as crucial. But White's best years were far and away before the introduction of the second circle, as that restricted his ability to run and leap. The shorter ruckman are becoming a dinosaur in the game (especially in the centre bounces) as giants like Sandilands, Cox, and Max Bailey (kid will be good if he can duct-tape himself together for 5 minutes) have such an advantage.
