lingard and pogba both linked out 30 and 50 mill would be good

If we can get those prices and add Camavinga and Saul, that would be amazing. Either replaces Pogba and the club have a **** ton of talented youngsters to blood into the seniors that Lingard wouldn’t be missed.

Don't be so sure on that.
He said the same thing about Lukaku and he was sold as soon as the money was ponied up, you don't ever admit you want to sell a player, it devalues them.

The 2016 summer transfer window was pretty good when the club bought, Bailey, Pogba, Mkhitaryan and Ibrahimovic. This one is even better because we are building a fantastic squad.
I can agree to that but I still believe that was more of the name of the players we bought whereas this season we are buying players that are needed such as a RW and CB.

Other than a holding midfielder everyone else we buy most likely will be either depth or development.

Is there a club that's stupid enough to pay 30 mil for Lingard?

English and PL proven, 30m would be the minimum I would expect.

I get the PL and English part but still 30 mil for a player that went almost a whole season playing almost 30 matches without a goal or an assist given his position. I understand he has rejuvenated at West Ham but still would be hard to trust knowing his inconsistency.

Hopefully Moyes really wants him, I'd take 20m just to be rid of.

I think he proved at West Ham what his level was. More of a bigger fish in a smaller pond. If he plays like that for them, would be worth 25 to 30mill I reckon given some of the sums paid for unproven Prem players. If we could basically get Trippier in and Lingard out for about the same, would be a win.

let's hope we get the 30 million and run

With pogba and Hernandez they have a very impressive 11.

With Marquinhos, Verratti, Wijnaldum, - Pogs will have lots of freedom too

They also got Donarumma

He hasn't extended his contract though and rumours he really wants the Real experience.

Then Pogba is lucky that Ronaldo isn’t there anymore, because Ronaldo would have made Pogba feel like an idiot if he ever gave less than 100%. So pretty much weekly.

  • Leon Goretzka - thinks he will renew at Bayern and we are not at all close to signing him
  • Declan Rice - Chelsea are also interested but asking price at least £80m, so negotiation isn't advancing at the moment.
  • Eduardo Camavinga - priced around €35-40m, Camavinga is considering his options, might run down his contract to see if RM and Barca will try to sign him next summer.
  • Saul Niguez - Atletico wants €40-45m, if his swap deal with Barca is definitely collapsing, we will try to sign him but there are competition from Liverpool and Chelsea.
