Haha, rolls out Dad's Army in a 'do or die' game. Got to say though, we were really stiffed with some of those yellows.
If that effort saves his job, then I don't know what to say.

It was a boring dull game with barely any creativity from either side, ETH went into defensive mode, Evans being MOTM and Maguire, De Ligt, Martinez, Dalot and Mazraoui all playing well tells you exactly what our mindset was.

Mids and forwards were all absolutely awful.

Sooooo, it’s looking like yesterday’s meeting was all for show and nothing has actually happened. ETH is still here after whatever George Costanza level spin he was dishing up to still stay in the job.

Personally think they are lining up the replacement before pulling the trigger.

7 hour meeting for what? Wasting time like our season is wasted already.

I get the frustration, but I don't mind the more measured approach the owners are taking. It might be the wrong approach, but if I compare it to the slapstick way we have done things for more than 10 years, at least it looks like there is some proper process being implemented involving people with the skills and experience to make the right call.

My suspicion is that the decision was probably made before they extended him that he wasn't going to last through the contract, but they wanted to get the house in order before we bring a high quality manager in.

In summary, I have no idea, but some hope!

Yeh, agreed.

The absolute silence and lack of leaks is a good sign, imo. Also, they may be waiting until he is back from holidays. Last time he made a big fuss about being disturbed while he was on holiday.

Fingers crossed!

So Mazraoui is out now after minor heart surgery, apparently has had issues in the past, how that wasn’t picked up in the medical I don’t know.

But now leaves us with **** all full backs.

I am sure ETH and the club officials would have known about those issues. It’s no different than signing Eriksen a year after his heart attack.

Really don't know how low we have to go before a change is made. Honestly thought it would happen before/during the break. A smacking by Brentford won't look great for all involved.

Well with the line up we’ll likely roll out against Brentford I can’t see a win happening, likely to be in a relegation battle soon 😂

And just on Luke Shaw, he can go and get farkeddd, injured almost all year but went and got himself right to play for England.

I've never been sold on INEOS, as crap as it may have been, Qatar were the only saviors for United, they would've rid us of the parasitic Glazers and had us debt free.

For INEOS, it's going to take several years for them to get things going, but they may never get us going, and if they can't, well then we are truly ****ed.

Wasn’t it discovered that that ****er didn’t even have the funds to buy the club in the end? 😂
