Mark from an opposition kick

15m kick rule should not apply if you mark an opposition kick. If it goes 5m it should be a mark.

If the opposition are dumb enough to kick it that short they should be rewarded with the opportunity to tackle you.

Yes, if you smother if and manage to hold onto it somehow it should be a mark.
