um well they were probably the most physical team we have played, not to bad a team but lacked intensity to keep it going all day

Not many at all. I think last season was close to their best, most in a year has either been 2-3 wins. To their credit they are starting to go down the youth path which will hopefully pay dividends for them in the future! Support out there is dwindling though but the town is of a decent size so you would expect them to turn it around eventually.

Hhhmmmm, I dont think I noticed anyone new into the side in the last week except Nick McKinley was back from Shepparton. Is he playing CHF??
 
hey dorm boy i have heard a vicious rumour going around that a harcourt player suffered a broken leg on the weekend, can u confirm of deny this, if so who was it?

this is only a guess as i was not aware of a new chf for carisbrooke but my guess would b jeremy sanders, as he played chf last year if my memory serves me correctly

yeh thats just a rumour we had no injuries on the weekend

um unless someone from our seconds did it but i'm pretty sure no one broke their leg but not 100% sure

No doubt about it.. Especially when finals come around, all was saying is that i doubt they have any good reason to try a make others speculate about their list, i just think they would be happy going about their business as usual at the moment!!
 
DORMBOY -- how is S. Makepeace going at your club this season ?? I think he might be just coming back after injury and played only a couple or 3 games since resuming.

Tips for this week:

Newsteadv Trentham 250 Points - Potential to be another massive walloping!
Royal Park v Avoca 24 Points - Avoca seem to be playing reasonable footy and if they can find a way to kick goals they will win
C/Creek v Harcourt 200 points
Carisbrook v Talbot 12 points - Always a tight clash! Talbot has a reasonable side in so it should be a good game.
Dunolly v Maldon 100 points

How is Brook's side shaping up RR??

yeh mako is going alright he really stepped against the stronger teams and is playing some good football at the moment

Royal Park v Avoca 10 Points - Bushy just keep hangin in there C/Creek v Harcourt 200 points
Carisbrook v Talbot 4 goals - Will be a massive crowd!
Dunolly v Maldon 30 goals - 10 from ladiges

Looking alright Rich couple of injuries nothing major.

ROJER, Rich, Scroat and MCDFL posters -- did u blokes hear Rovers' 3 11-goal guys get interviewed on the Coodabeens' segment on ABC radio Saturday morning ?
Bards, Glen T. and Todd F. all spoke to the Coodabeens panel about their exploits. Glenn Bardsley explained what the league's name was and which clubs played in it.
Bit of light-hearted stuff, but on a major radio network (ABC Melbounre and ABC Victoria) gave your league a good 10 minutes exposure.

Just getting back to work after recovering from my water aerobics at Carisbrook on Saturday!
My hat it was wet, like playing in a pool! Almost got drowned several times! 51mm or something stupid like that!
