**** me, where did that come from? He couldn't run a few months ago.

Fair effort.

MOTY so far for sure. Who knows what lies ahead for the next few weeks.

Where did that come from? He was treading water about a month or so ago?

Nuffy Walls had him retiring at years end. Love to see egg on that peanuts face.

MOTY without a doubt; it was one of those ones you couldn't believe you'd seen, the scoreboard replay causing the crowd to roar all over again.

I was at the game. Didn't know Lloyd had it in him anymore. I'm not going to say it was *definitely* mark of the year but it is an A-grade contender and a memory that's going to stay with me for a long time.

gee I had heard the wraps, I expected better.

No idea, but it was amazing, combined with his 8 goals, was a great Captain's game by Lloydy today. :thumbsu:

Easily Mark of the Year! He stood on players' heads!!!

Rioli's was equal to that of Monfries last week so can't see it beating Lloyds. Pack mark, 5th in line... awesome!

Burton's mark versus Melbourne was better. Seriously.

It annoys me how marks later in the season are remembered more.

Lloyd would have some nerve accepting the prize after incredulously winning goal of the year last season for a backheel from 2 metres out (something u see in under-10s soccer week in, week out).

He got a lucky lift today but it was a bit ... how do u say .... meh.

Still the monotone media darling will probably win it. Hell, Burton had 3 of the 4 finalists a few years ago and still got robbed.
