What players would be likely to get a gig, even more get a consistent gig with their side. Like Silvagni, Barlow, Pods last season.

I'm talking players who are at 110k or there abouts.

Puopolo
Duigan
Cam Richardson
Mzungu
Callinan
Derickx

Possible???

Cameron Pederson (Kangaroos)
Lukas Markovic (Bulldogs)
Ryan Bathie (Geelong) Former Melb Tigers player)
Sam Isles
Daniel Harris
Nick Lower

Any others out there. How would you rate these players chances of gametime?

Puopolo = Hugely rated at Hawthorn, and played well in the intra club, will slot in straight away into the hawks backline. Good size and loves the hard hitting stuff, a true blue collar footballer. Hawks need to fill their backline and he and Cam Bruce will slot in immediately. However I have a few defenders in front of him for my bench.
Duigan = You don't just recruit 26 year old blokes just to sit them on your bench. Duigan is a proven ball winner and a very good defender especailly in a one on one situation. Again he will debut early and plays a position in which Carlton are lacking, add him with Watson and i think the blues have drafted on their flaws.
Cam Richardson= Again, proven footballer at Nth Ballarat. Is a solid and reliable player, again North Melbourne have noted their defficiancies and drafted accordingly. Is a lock to play straight away - although for some odd reason he is listed as a forward only.
Mzungu = Expect big things from him and a lot of reliable media sources have said he is ready to play round 1 and will. He will relieve the abscence of Barlow, and has the ability to be an x factor. Will certaintly play round one - i'd be suprised if he didn't but you just don't recruit 20+ yr old blokes for no reason, their bodies are hardened and they have match fitness.
Callinan = Is a rookie at the moment, but is going to be elivated. Dominated Tasmania leagues and will help fill the gap up forward for the crows. Not a huge bloke but will cause a headache for the opposition. Same sort of "wow factor" about him as Pods of last year. Will be there abouts round 1.
Derickx = Not sure about this bloke, I think Brown is a tad ahead of him, and he predominantly plays as a ruck. The upside about him is that Hardwick is hellbent on playing youth. He'll make his debut this yr, just not sure when.

Possible???

Lukas Markovic (Bulldogs)= I think he will struggle to cemement a spot.
Ryan Bathie (Geelong) Former Melb Tigers player) - Still needs his skills refined and there are many young kids ahead of him at the moment. He is definantly a project for the future.
Sam Isles= will play from the get go. Played at Collingwood, and had a solid season at VFL level with GC. Will be a certain starter and will play just about every game this year. He is one of very little AFL experianced players.
Daniel Harris= IS A GUN! I have this guy over swallow. Capable of BIG sc points, can run all day, deadly kick, great awareness, a known goal kicker etc. I think he will fly under the radar this year - in a midfield of Riscatelli, Brennan, Ablett, Swallow, Bennell etc i think taggers will go straight to ablett and too much focus will be on swallow anyway. At only $125k he is A BARGAIN!

My picks out of the above are Duigan, Harris, Callinan, Richardson & Mzugnu. Hope this helps.
