Thought he did the Ginnivan thing really well. Making sure he didn't fan the flames.

if you look at the SEN site and see the tv bit of his show with that 4 eyed monster and the basketball player.... you will see him address the booing again....

and he does a magic job.....sheer magic....sheer magic. He nails it.

Rumour I have heard but where it has come from I back it in!

Thanks for sharing. Caracella would be a huge coup if we got him. He coached the Essendon midfield that smacked us a few rounds back. The way Essendon is going I imagine a few might be leaving too.

Also worked with Fly and Leppa at the Tigers.

I'd love him. I think he's a better line coach than Skipworth too.

I was there at the G when he had his career-ending injury, and I've always wanted him back since then.

One thing I didn't like about his press conference is when he carried on about not liking the players reaction after the game.

Went something like, "we are not losers, we lost the game". Gee the players were stuffed, lost the game, disappointed, how should they react?

Yep. That was harsh. I know he is trying to lift their mentality into fighting mode but they were momentarily shattered and exhausted. It wasn't a sign of giving up-just enormous disappointment over what could have been. I'd rather see that than the smiley chats some players have with their opponents while we are silently bleeding in the stands.

Much ado about nothing. Reckon Fly is probably more in tune with what the players need to hear and what will motivate them than any of us.

I’ve got no issue with it.

Fly’s talked about developing “winning behaviours” in the past, so these comments don’t surprise me.

His ruthless streak has existed from his playing days and he’s trying to instil that into this group.

Might come across as harsh, but I think it can only help us if the players respond in the right manner.
