This. Its up to us to come together as proud Australians and say we are sick of it and will not tolerate it being shoved down our throats any longer.
I agree with that logic as long as you accept we should get rid of Anzac Day/Anzac Weekend games (it's actually inappropriate to compare football to major world wars where so many young Aussies made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms) and get rid of the National Anthem before every finals game and the grand final (the players are not representing the country in any international way shape or form)
I have boycotted standing up and removing my hats the last finals I have attended as a Carlton and Melbourne City supporter/member, no one actually cared or objected to my so called 'disrespect'

So Colin's surname is Hunter, and his brother Ian says (and Colin has agreed with him) and I quote:
