The club website backs up what syl is saying.
syl - I agree mainly with your team, but not with Strauss as sub - he needs a full run at it.
Rodan or Davey should be sub if they're there - they don't have the endurance to run out a game.
The tigers games always seems to distract us for rational and sensible discussion.
totally agree, not sure Davis is ready either and Kent shouldn't be playing either.Toumpas in....
**** off Neeld.
How has he 'earnt his spot' - how do two games (one average, one good) in the VFL prepare him any better for AFL footy then he was when he looked all at sea against Port, the Dons and the Eagles?

Agree. In for a pasting is Jimmy. His body isn't ready FFS. This is why we should've taken Wines, because he'll develop himself enough to not be ruined by the stooges.Toumpas in....

Toumpas is a Melbourne player not Wines, he has nothing to do with Melbourne. Toumpas will develop into a very good player if he works hard. Stop crying over Wines ffs.Agree. How am I crying over Wines. I have always supported the Toumpas decision, but it's woefully clear to those of us who have seen this before that he isn't AFL ready and will lose a heap of confidence with another 2 touch game.Toumpas is a Melbourne player not Wines, he has nothing to do with Melbourne. The only reason I'm suggesting we should have taken Wines is because we need the immediate impact.Nobody would have taken Wines before Toumpas. Everyone knew Wines would have a more immediate impact than Toumpas. Nothing has changed for me.
