Membership Renewals?

Looks like the Carlton membership department could learn a thing or two from Hawthorn FC. The Hawks membership department is working right through the Xmas period except for public holidays,and by the way the numbers have gone through the roof,already over 30K 1st for a Victorian club by Xmas.

FYI the previous Carlton membership manager is now at Hawthorn - might explain a bit.

I hope we get ourselves organised this year. I've got my renewal form I just hope we get our packs on time

All WA members as far as I know have received everything but let me know if that is not the case. Even if the membership det is on leave you should be able to access your account on-line

I never received anything in the mail. Only emails. But I just renewed online. Haven't got anything from the club yet except the "they know we are coming poster"

Our membership department is and pretty much always has been inefficient and frustratingly inept. You'd think they'd know we were coming.

I received my renewal 2 weeks ago via snail mail, which I renewed online as soon as it arrived. About a week after renewal I received my poster. Checked my credit card and payment had been debited for membership fees + Blue Believer levy... I have no gripes with our membership department, although my brother who is a Hawks member gets absolutely plied with mailouts and information... he even got a Christmas card

im becoming a reserved seat member. Do u guys think there will be any good seats near the wing of HFF on the 2nd or 3rd level at both venues?

Its bloody bullshit im being direct debted already and havent received shit.. i wanted my poster... and on top of that i received a email from the blues saying if i want to renewal heres my online login and password... bloody helll if thats the case why are they taking money from me.......... ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH..................and the pricks have gone on holidays... bloody id work over the next few days to get as much members on board... im going to applly to those mofos for next years show them hows its done

Same thing happened to me as well.I renewed in person early December,last week got the poster and an email with my renewal details,i'm like what the hell???
Poor efforts.
