We are hardly going to pick up Houli, so if you use your pick on him means we get the next best available, not sure what West Coats plans are but if we snare Grigg in PSD i'd be more than happy.

getting a pick in the 40's-50's isn't of any use to us.

That's all that we were trying to do. Sadly, the best that I saw offered was an increase from pick 47 to pick 46. Which for mine is a bit of a slap in the face. How would you feel if a club offered that kind of an "upgrade" to your mob? Followed by a bunch of that teams supporters coming over claiming that they should take said "upgrade". It's an insult to our intelligence and I'd rather see Houli and Grigg wind up in the PSD so that Richmond only gets one of them... but that's just me being spiteful, yanno, cause of the insult.

We won't have a PSD pick will we? Where will the spot on the list come from.

If we want 3 ND picks + Howlett + PSD we'd need to cut Atkinson, T Slattery and Lonergan.

We are not going to bend over to overpay for Houli. Imo Polo for Houli swap could be a good one. Polo is talented but was drafted as a mid and never played there. However his desire is something I would question.

Good luck to him, all the guy wants is opportunity, he works hard, is a great kick, gets heaps of the ball and is going to be in my DT next year.

I hope for our sake though that Hirdy rings his old friend Vossy and asks him to pretend to want Houli in the PSD just so we get more for him

I'm pretty sure you will find we have pick#2 in the PSD behind the West Coast Eagles.

I think Howlett is allowed to count as a list change in the draft, yeah? so it could be 2 ND picks + Howlett + PSD? Still would need another player to go and is unlikely ATM...

Your point sucks, Essendon have no interest in Polo, Richmond have interest in Houli. See my point?

Polo is way too small to ever make it big time - without an attribute that stands out.

Most people in footy circles understand that Polo couldn't hit the side of a barn door with his kicking..unlike Houli who has fantastic disposal by foot. Lol at that trade. I am happy for a Thursfield OR Rance straight trade if pushed. I'd take Rance but no idea whether he is on the table or not.
