Mernda Disappointment

I don't want to make myself sound like an arrogant tool, but I reckon the Mernda Seconds would have made it to the prelim. No offense to St Mary's but the gap between Reservoir and St Mary's this season was pretty vast.

And now Club of the year. Disappointed? Nah....................Rapt.

Shouild have been too, first club to get relegated from D2 and go straight back up

Weulfert, Welch, Milner, Zabrieszach,Tanner,Berryman,Smout...and I won't be controversial and let you know who should not have been in the ones..but many would know who they are.
By the way I am not saying all these 7 should have been in the ones before 7 others, I am stating they could have played easily there, a few of that list were dead stiff, let's hope you can keep them.

AH, most of these blokes did play 1's at some stage this year. Training and on field ability dictates who gets selected each week.

Mernda was not the first hurstbridge were. The first year you could not go up but the next year they did

berryman, wuelfert and welch played most of the year in the 1s, all the others im sure would have at least had a game or 2, I know tanner played a few, but not so sure with Milner, Zabrieszach and Smout. Rob Barbara could also be added to that list, having only played 4 senior games
