Similar last year.

What was it 1-7 with a 7 game losing streak.

Then won 8 straight and lost the last game form memory.
Not sure why that kind of schizophrenia happens. I can understand why a team starts 1-7 and finishes strong, or a team starts 7-1 and collapses out.

Dolphins this season....

3-0
0-3
5-0
0-5

Its not like they are losing against bad teams plus last 5 lost only 1 game was at home. Lost to 49ers away, chargers away, bills away, packers at home, patriots away.

i think the misleading thing is the 5-0 streak they played some bad teams in that win streak steelers, Lions (before they started playing good), browns, bears, texans that 4 bad teams and the lions

Still just not a good enough team then, kinda being exposed, you are what your record says you are, kinda like the Vikings but without their luck

Yeah i think need another good offseason plus full season from tua would be good.

Vikings are luckiest team this year by far their actually -19 pts on point differential for a 12-4 team that is unbelievable.

Fallout won't be pretty with another failed season though especially where they were a month ago.

I suppose if they win next week and scrape in you call it a success.

But I thought I saw some shocking end of season collapses with play-offs on the line since 2009 but I reckon this takes the cake.

Injuries haven't helped, but our defense has been horrible. Seems like we give up a big play every 3rd down. Also Sanders missing FG's which could very well have been the difference in a few losses is a big worry.

I've been a big Tua supporter, but if he can't even stay on the field other QB options need to be considered. I'll vomit if we bring in Brady next year, can see it happening though...

I was not aware that in the NFL you can trade picks for a coach, wild. What would he cost? Would a 2nd rounder would get it done?
It first happened i think when Al Davis traded Jon Gruden to the Buccaneers. Tho it may have happened in the pre-SB NFL, not sure.

Not sure we have any 1sts/2nds after the Chubb trade and tampering thing.

Glad we made it after the good start to the season. Credit to Sanders for kicking it when it counted. If Tua plays I give us a decent underdog chance, less so if Bridgewater has to step up. Hopefully Armstead is good to go and the injuries from today don't keep anyone else out next week.

[Mike Florio] I think a collective decision will be made by teams that Tua won't ever play in NFL again. If he has another concussion, it will be the morning shows the next day. NFL don't want that kind of attention, parents out there fretting kids playing football. Team won't say it out loud.

Happy with the effort but still disappointed with the result. Game was very winnable

Re the 4th and 1, McDaniel was advised (he is unsure if by refs or Miami staff) it was first down so they had the wrong players on the field...
Still not an excuse for the poor clock management all game
