This is more relevant to draft leagues but here seems an appropriate place to post (apologies if it is discussed elsewhere - couldn't find it). It's a huge advantage when, in particular, one of your midfielders gets mid/fwd or mid/back double positioning, enabling you to move them to the lower scoring area of the ground, and play another midfielder. An example from last year was Dal Santo going from a mid to a mid-back, so instead of playing a 70ppg average player as your last back you could move Dal Santo to the backs and bring in a midfielder like Lachie Neale and get an instant 15ppw upgrade.
So, with that in mind, I thought I'd start a discussion about the midfielders/rucks most likely to be given DPP status mid year. On a quick first run through i've come up with:
Mids: J Selwood, Parker, McGlynn, Cotchin, Jack, McVeigh, Cornes, Mitchell, Dangerfield, Montagna, Dal Santo
Rucks: Martin, McIntosh, Naitanui, Pyke
Thoughts?
