Does anyone think any team will get close to taty this year??

Tatty are looking strong but anything can happen on a particular day. Its 18 vs 18 and the smarter, more committed team will often win.

Still think Lismore-derri, Glen-Dunkeld, and SMW Rovers (injuries permitting) will put up a good show for the rest of the year.

Well glen lost to moyston yesterday - so they must be a fair way off. Lismore werent very impressive. Taty also had 6 senior players out. Rovers might be the only threat to taty.
Moyston have had 2 big wins in a row.,

Moyston-Willaura a finals chance? :D When did they last win two consec matches? Ever, as a merged entity?

Fantastic for Moyston Willaura!!!! Credit to all who have worked so hard to get the club competitive again on field.

Getting ahead of myself and all, but I know from Willaura's perspective they haven't played finals since the 1990 Grand Final when a young Brian McInnes's third quarter barrage consigned the Saints to a devestating defeat.

Was at the Lis/Derri Taty game for a look, LD took it up to taty for a half, but taty are a very well drilled side and stuck to thier game plan, Superior fitness was the reason they won, LD arnt far of the mark, and still waiting on a few clearances to go through and also from waht was said a few may return to the club.

Did notice Daim Cameron running round in the 2's tho, stand out performance, but as he should.

early days yet

But have Bolac lost it all together
Have Moyston improved 900%
Have the wheels fallen off at Glen?

Any info??

Just wondering what clearance lismore are waiting on they dont have any pending on the mdfl web-site? Tatyoon beat them by 67 points throw in full forward chris milne, centre half back - aaron jenkins, Best player damian cameron, utility - tony campbell and wingman tex walker they have alot of improvement in them.
Bolac are gone
Moyston have improved 100% but the league standard has dropped and glen lost about 8 good senior players from last year - that hurts.
Rovers might be a dark horse this year we will find out when they meet taty this saturday

Will be a good match, but expect Tatty to be too strong at this stage of season. Rovers are playing good footy but still missing a couple of key players yet to play this season, and have been hit hard by injury so far with 3 of better players out for extended period of time.

Can we get some names of players out for rovers that would be in the starting 21? Taty will be missing the same 5 players this week with one other maybe being added to the list?

In no particluar order Bagley, Davidson *2, Hoey, Rinaldi, A.Robertson, Cleeland *2, Nicholls, Templar & Dudley form an impressive list of outs and would all be walk up starts in starting 21. Injuries and unanvailablities seem to be a curse at moment though.

So which of those guys are the two that some Rovers dude told me have suffered season ending knee injuries? And is it true Dave Nicholls will miss 8 to 10 with his arm?
Oh and Bagley has already played hasn't he? I think he might have had a few goals against Penshurst

Ive watched bolac against taty and moyston and they're terrible.. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't win a game... Big Spaceman doesnt look like he even wants to be there...

Probably wont help them that Pat Hoey put in for a clearance to East Geelong yesterday.

4 big losses in those names 3 form an important link down the spine whilst 1 is a very creative forward and talented in and under the packs they must be sorely missed

Gents,
A bloke called Andrew Hawker dominated for St Albans in the Geelong Football League. Kicked 7 goals. No one knows of him. Who is he, does he play FF and what sort of player is he, ie Tall, small, big mark etc.
Also Dean McInness played For Leopold on Saturday. Looks likely but struggled early to pick up the pace
