on the money there bomber i dont know why everyone thinks taty throws out heaps of money now. Maybe back in the 90's but i would be sure that there are other teams that are paying players more than taty. Only the coaching panel and about 3 other plyers get payed to play. That isnt to bad when the population of tatyoon is 2. Just goes to show that people come out to taty for the friendly environment
 
Bomber39 and Magic you would have to be pretty niave to think there is not players being paid money to play, fact of the matter is it happens nothing wrong with it all clubs do just taty do it better. Other point to be maid is mininera league is very poor, and taty would not be competitive against top teams in LPFL

Well i think you are pretty stupid making a point about a club you know nothing about!! Tatyoon only pay about 3 players other than the coaches. Do you want to go through the team. Look at the back line - T.Barr,D.Beer,Z.McDougall,J.McDougall,A. Defegely,A. Jenkins,L. Nicholas. Well thats a good start none of the back line are getting paid. May i go on. And for tatyoon not being in the top few teams in the LPFL your joking. They played Skipton without 8 senior players and skipton didnt dominate that much.

So your telling me Z Mcdougall is not on a cent?? i think there is plenty of names that could be thrown around that taty has paid good coin to in the last 3-4 years, you can try and make out they dont pay players and they just come for the love of the club! They may come for the money and stay for the club, but at the end of the day there is money being thrown around in most clubs these days

You are right Razz. All clubs pay out money. But this year The club is mainly locals and they dont get paid. Maybe if they have moved away they might get 50$ a week to cover cost of travel.

Good to see Penshurst put up a good show against taty. Found out that they had 4 good players cleared on fri before game. Whether it is just permit or they are staying? if they stay they would be a top 4 side easy!

Taty throws out more money than the rest of the clubs in the mdfl put together,sorry its a fact

Have heard along the grapevine that Caramut have thrown $$$$ at the Big Robert Bleumik!!! They must be struggling coz he has been playing reserves for Deakin University!!!!

I dont get to defensive. it just annoys me when people single out taty because they are successful. I never said they dont pay players but they say we pay the same as all the teams together. you are right in cruise mode all teams pay players. No need to single one team out.

Have been in hiding for a while (not a club enforced layoff) but had to make comment on this issue.
Tatty are paying lots of players, lots of money we all know this, so don't know why a few blokes on here keep trying to hide this. Money has wrecked lots of leagues, including this one but it happens. Good luck to Tatty, the wheel turns, lets just hope they don't waste their chances and loose the un-looseable(is that a word?) GF this season!

**And Glenn 'Spider' Wilson is a great bloke, and good footballer even if he hasn't had a hard ball get ever!!

well beton i went and watched them last year and if i didnt know better i would have sworn that mcgregor house had stopped making moccies and entered a team in the mdfl

Great to see the story on channel 7 last night on young timmy wilson from Penshurst. The young fella has been around for a few years now and is always a great contributor to the penshurst magoos side!
