Really liked his aggressiveness today and in general. Yes he made that one bad turnover but he knows how to take the game on. I'd rather play with dare than the way we played the first 3 quarters. He sets up a heap of our attacking plays

Go back and watch if you dare. There was more than one occasion where he tries to kick the ball the length of the oval and spotted up a Melbourne player.

It’s always the kick across the body trying to kick it 80m that’s the issue.

Coaches should have gotten this out of his game already. It happens every single week.

It's an oval ball, turnovers by foot are going to happen. He's a very good user most of the time.

It's the one little knock on his game which has otherwise been very good

Occasionally he tries to kick long off a step and needs to give it that bit of extra oomph - flubs it

Minor quibble though. Overall been excellent

He’s not a laser boot, but he’s pretty damn effective at providing rebound. Has a solid link-up and intercept game, too

I still think he’s a #2 rebounding option, but he’s performed above my expectations for him this year

I really don't see it. He goes for long kicks regularly and nails almost all of them. Every now and then he doesn't. Again, nobody goes at 100% by foot.

Turn overs in the D50 are probably the most frustrating. And they're easy to spot. He's not an orphan in giving in the ball back in shit places though

Agree it’s really frustrating because he’s technically a very good kick but too often makes dumb choices

Makes the occasional error but bound to happen when you take the game on as much as he does. Tough, courageous, skillful. Has looked a 200 game player from day 1. I'm a big fan.

I really like him, he's been a fantastic pick up.

Sounds weird but I really like the size of him, can compete physically but also still move well. I've been very critical of Ned and Murphy deficiencies in this area, just imagine if they were both Hinge's size. That's a far more imposing team.

It's funny in that for all the Redman talk/effort it feels like Mitch gives us 80%-90% of what Redman will (I accept that there may be exponential benefit to having both)

I would hope over the next 50 games he will mature and that overly aggressive unsafe kick you are talking about gets fixed.
