Is your website still around?

Has there ever been a half of footy in history where both teams did not kick a behind? Tonight Melbourne 5.0 v north 7.0.

Surely that has never occurred before

Wow. Then in the very next week at the same venue Geelong are in a match with a combined 46.17.

The round 5 game against Fitzroy was (amazingly) Geelong's highest ever score at that stage too.

One game that I haven't seen mentioned and thought I would as it's a reasonably famous game is the North/Essendon game of 2001.

Essendon won 27.9.171 - 25.9.159. 52.18.330 and an accuracy of 74.3.

Actually, North had run of five games between Round 15 and Round 19 2001 where four of them resulted in accurate kicking by both teams and then in the other game there was a really bizarre anomaly.

R15 - North defeated West Coast 24.10.154 - 17.8.110. Acc 69.5
R16 - North lost to Essendon 25.9.159 - 27.9.171. Acc 74.3
R17 - North lost to Brisbane 18.7.115 - 21.10.136. Acc 69.6
R18 - North lost to Sydney 3.18.36 - 22.11.143. Acc 46.3. :)
R19 - North defeated Geelong 21.5.131 - 12.10.82. Acc 68.8.
