IMO the 3 stand outs for the Crows this year in terms of 'most improved' are:

Bock
Mattner
Skipworth

These guys were considered scrubbers by most, including a lot of Crows fans. Full credit to Neil Craig for backing his youngsters.

Those who keep saying McGregor obviously didn't watch too many Crows games last year, he was awesome at CHB.
