Looked again yesterday and there was an entire block on the second tier unsold for $66 or more. They will either need to make a drastic reduction tomorrow or have a whole block of empty seats.

I got an email saying they're giving away 3 kids seats for each adult seat purchased. They must have a few spare ones.

I’m in 526 and could hear the music blaring from what I’m assuming was the Camfield for 3/4 of the game. Very frustrating and ruined the atmosphere for me personally.

Anyone else hear it?

This for me too. I'm not so skint that I couldn't pay $100 for a decent seat on the wing but that's really taking the piss. Maybe on a decent game like last week but against GC? No thanks.

It makes it enough money that it needs to be a bit of a thing. You don’t just do it casually every week when you feel like it. Essentially the state has accrued 2 billion of debt and hasn’t even been able to make footy affordable to the average fan. Probably needed to be 70k stadium, especially given how many seats ended up obstructed.

Half the reason i dont make the trek to Adelaide oval (here in SA) is the prices. To go see a game, bite 2 eat and beers is well over $100 then its mayhem getting home. No thanks. Used to be good in melb walking up to the gate $22 entry sit where u want (90s-2000s)

Is that promotion of a free BigMac on a Monday after a home win still going on this year? Or has it been replaced with the Whopper Wednesday promotion?

Round 1 they were promoting both, but I haven't heard anything about the Big Mac one since.

Don't understand the mayhem getting home bit; I got home easily from both the BBL semi and Sat night's game. No dramas at all.

I bought the $70 ones for the derby, very expensive and definitely thought twice about it. Really hope that overall there's a reduction in pricing/improved value.

In relation to the GC game - I don't like the whole giving away free junior tickets would like to see the headline pricing come down next season.

Much prefer the WCE ticketing where you can bring up a map & choose a specific seat to the Dockers where you choose a price(s) you want to spend & given a location to accept/decline.

Don't understand why they are done differently. Much prefer our way.
