Sad isn't it.People are so spiteful these days. Couldn't possible comprehend someone works harder or is more reasonable than they are. Everyone must hate everyone else for having fun and doing better than me.

I might be a minority here but I am all for it. If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about.Serious question....
How did you feel when the Australian government introduced Digital privacy laws worse than China's?
They introduced laws that allows police and the government to demand access to all your data based on a suspicion only. Nothing more. No warrant required.
This includes your social media accounts, your phone, everything.
The company storing your data must hand it over. If anyone tells you that this is happening, they are committing a criminal offence. So you will never know it's happened.
How did you handle this extraordinary breach of our freedoms in our nanny state?

Fines in the AFL are getting insane. Imagine if your employer tried to fine you 3% of your annual pre-tax salary (say $3,000 for the average Australian, which is the equivalent of a $20,000 fine for a player on $600k) you'd tell them to get completely ****ed.
You're hilarious. Go whine about your lot in life to the mirror.I guess you fail to see the irony and hypocrisy of individuals telling everyone to "harden up" and "stop being offended", when they simply were lucky enough to win the birth lottery and be born male, white and in a first world country. They've never faced any adversity or racism in their lives.
Your other post is probably the worst straw man so far in this thread. The players clearly have media, appearance and disrepute clauses in the EBA and their contracts. This is simple stuff you could google. The "average Australian" doesn't appear in the media through out the year.
He made the bet of a month. As per image posted.Me and Chad have had some pretty serious disagreements over the years but he suspended his account for two weeks after Hawthorn made finals this year in response to this bet.
He held up his end of the bet.
As if they don't have the info they need already anyway. Like you say if you got nothing to hide they not going to be looking at you.I might be a minority here but I am all for it. If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about.
If the government have access to everyone's information they can potentially stop terrible events and criminal activities before they even happen.
I assume they would be tracking key words/photos for extreme criminal activity through an AI system and send certain pings to investigators to review.
On a small scale I constantly tell my partner (when her phone is in another room ect.) when she asks if she can use my phone that she doesn't have to ask, you know my pin, just use it.
Nothing to hide, nothing to worry about. Simple. And it's for the greater good!

I like the people who publicly live on fb with everything on there but are scared to answer phone calls from a private numberAs if they don't have the info they need already anyway. Like you say if you got nothing to hide they not going to be looking at you.
Same people post their entire life on socials and then complain about privacy.
LOL. When the **** did that ever happen? When people minded their own business and weren't outraged for others
You're hilarious. Go whine about your lot in life to the mirror.
People say they don't have anything to hide and therefore aren't worried about privacy - until you ask them how much money they make, or what their favourite sexual position is, etc.As if they don't have the info they need already anyway. "it could be a scammer"
You pleb, your identity is there to steal if hackers want it, you're giving most of it away anyway. Answer the phone
Anyway, I’ve known people who’ve worked at mad Mondays before and these events are usually totally locked down. Bar staff aren’t allowed to have their phones on them and players don’t take pics.
Guessing a staff member at the venue saw something that offended them so badly they contacted the club?
Giants should’ve been smarter picking their venue. There’s places that host literal orgies that black out the windows for you. Amateur hour over here.
You obviously have no idea what the digital privacy laws are.Cripes, the number of people complaining about digital privacy laws.
Wait until you hear about drivers licences.
Pre internet haha
They're reading children's books. I've been to one with my 4-year-old.

Everyone values privacy, just to varying degrees.
Should the government have access to all that, whenever they want, without your consent or knowledge?
That's certainly up for debate.
Good for you!!! Hope the missus uses lube120k and my favourite sexual position is stock standard missionary but if it's my birthday definitely doggy!
