Will that put Rams and Rovers in the same comp?
Yeah I reckon. Picolas stubbornness will see them gone. Won't take long for clubs to turn on the league. They want divisions, as aflvic want picola gone.
Sad thing is its not the league it's one bloke at the root of all the issuesYeah I reckon. Picolas stubbornness will see them gone. Won't take long for clubs to turn on the league.

Over 70% of clubs being in favour of not accepting affiliation would suggest otherwise .Sad thing is its not the league it's one bloke at the root of all the issues
The choice not to affiliate is not necessarily the issue, it's the way matters are handled that have put PDFNL on the outerOver 70% of clubs being in favour of not accepting affiliation would suggest otherwise .
By the sounds of it there's more discussions between clubs in the PDFNL and MFL than there arw PDFNL and KDFNL...Katandra and Tungamah within their current situations are destination clubs for juniors , out of the nearby junior comps , and from what I can understand Murch have positioned themselves into a similar position now within the KDFL . It’s awesome for the clubs involved , they should be applauded for the work they’ve done to reach this point and it’s well and truly reasonable for them to be concerned of junior numbers within other clubs and the affect it has on their club remaining an attractive option . Particularly with the points system in play .
Shepp East were also in the same / similar position in the picola league .
However clubs strong junior position can change very quickly with change of leagues etc , as has been seen in the last few years when change has occurred .
Open discussions should continue to be ongoing, particularly including the individual clubs and their league, and between the two leagues, KDFNL and PDFNL .
With MFL’s discussions being public and the KDFNL and PDFNL’s not , it is absolutely a fair assumption .By the sounds of it there's more discussions between clubs in the PDFNL and MFL than there arw PDFNL and KDFNL...
Both are public.. one just hasn't been in the paperWith MFL’s discussion being public and the KDFNL and PDFNL’s , not it is absolutely a fair
I’d heard the Rovers may look to go to the Golden Rivers leagueWill that put Rams and Rovers in the same comp?
Perfect example of how quickly junior things Violet Town in 2018 had 8 Junior players registered for 1 Junior Grade 4 seasons later and we have 78 Juniors registered and potentially looking at finding a home for another Junior Football team to fill the gaps between auskick and 14s and being able to field all Junior netball grades for the first time since Joining the KDLKatandra and Tungamah within their current situations are destination clubs for juniors , out of the nearby junior comps , and from what I can understand Murch have positioned themselves into a similar position now within the KDFL . It is one League trying to drive change in other leagues :Any inkling as to how a two-division set-up would look?
- Have three clubs go into the new division and have two divisions of 10 depending on club numbers (a balanced 18-round fixture for both)?
- The 13 MFL clubs remain and new clubs form a new separate competition?
A change in the structure is necessary in the region to ensure stability for clubs and leagues but what is the best way forward for the sport?

Or is it one league trying to be proactive due to the decline in minor leagues??It is one League trying to drive change in other leagues :
Could this be a chance for a couple of MFL clubs to possibly drop back if they wish.A separate competition, with Tocumwal involved. Leaving the MFL with the same 12 clubs from 2022.
Not a Division 2. No promotion/relegation, unless that was explicitly sought by the individual club.
That league has its own issues/ declining and might be better off looking after them . But maybe that’s the motive ??Or is it one league trying to be proactive due to the decline in minor leagues??
Most leagues have some sort of issues.... as you should know. Maybe this is a change that will be beneficial to all clubs if it comes to fruitionThat league has its own issues and might be better off looking after them . But maybe that’s the motive ??
So Points and salary cap the same as MFL and same standing in points system as MFL ?A separate competition, with Tocumwal involved. Leaving the MFL with the same 12 clubs from 2022.
