Welcome to the 2022 NAFL Grand Final! While we're holding this in 2023, this will decide the 2022 NAFL Premiership.

We had a bit of a pared back NAFL this season with a lull in board activity and many other longstanding competitions folding, but it was great to keep this board's greatest tradition alive, and hopefully we'll build to bigger and better things in 2023.

We have a classic Grand Final matchup here, with 2 stalwarts of both the FJGD board and the NAFL competition going into battle. Waikato enter this decider looking for their 2nd NAFL Premiership after winning back in 2016/17. Whyalla return to the big dance after missing out narrowly on a premiership last season.
