He's never been a full-time bowler I believe. I've heard he was a batsman that bowled part time offies in his time. Bit like Krezja and Casson. Both were more bats rather than spinners.

Heal is a better one day bowler, but he is to young/inexperienced at the moment i think

Yes, Haurtitz is a limited bowler. But his all we have available at the moment.

He got the big wicket of JP Dumminy which goes unmentioned.
Bryce McGain is back bowling i believe.
If all goes well, you'd imagine he'd be on a plane to SA to make his test debut in several weeks.

We are now finally beginning to realise how valuable Brad Hogg was as a cricketer at the highest level. Could take 3-40odd, keep things tight when need be, field like a whippett, and put on a quick 40-odd or anchor a lower order fightback. Star.
It's time to give the off spinner who took 12 ,and can actually spin the ball a go again.

He's terrible, hasn't troubled anyone...could barely get a game for his state, should be f*#*$ed off and never return.
If Mark Waugh couldn't bat I doubt he would have played for Australia and I reckon his offies have this maggot covered...
He certainly can't field either. And the ball that bowled JP Dumminy was all thanks to the pitch...

Seek and you shall find. There is spin talent out there. They're young but so what?
- Theres Heal of course.
- O'Keefe from NSW i really rate, and can bat.
- Steve Smith not so much on one-dayers imo.
- Jon Holland is a great young spinner.
- You could play Marcus North and have himself and Hussey bowl 5 overs each.
The options are there. It's just a thing called B.A.L.L.S

I would like to see North play.
He's just about as good as any spinner we have and he is a classy batsman.
McGain is better. Hauritz was never in t he fray and now because there is no-one else, he comes in. Not good enough IMO.
Doesnt matter who all part time offies are better than Hauritz an then throw in the fact there actual batsmen seems stupid that they persist with him.
Although i did see an interview with him an he seems like a good guy an all an thats prob why he keeps his spot the slectors or team likes him.

You guys are the dumbest cricket followers around. He came on with the score 1-100.. Had 1-27 after 6 and then was bowled around the 45th over and went for a lot. Morkel was set and he came in and got belted, it happens. Anybody saying D. Hussey or White should be in ahead on bowling is an idiot. To compare them is a joke. Hauritz is the best spinner in the country for one dayers period, Krezja has played 11ODD and was not even considered a one day player till this year. One game guys get a clue.
