Like the idea. My only concern would be Geelong not keeping him. They are pretty savvy.
They had offered him a contract. He declined.

Wants to play forward and they have Hawkins, Cameron, Esava ahead of him, with Esava offering ruck flexibility which Kreuger doesn't provide and we have Darcy Cameron (or Cox) for.
Used him as a backman instead.

Moore has a long injury history and Roughhead doesn't have too long left.
I do think its a funny idea that Roughead, coming off a career year and having been fairly durable for us, somehow means he is on his last legs. He's 14 months older than Steven May.

I mean, he's turning 32 next year, history tells us that most players don't last much longer than that.

On displayed form no they aren't but watch just about any selection of football video featuring Cox since that SF Richmond win and you will see tunnelling, blocking, holding, pushing and chopping. All of it crude and obvious and only a token amount of frees to escape official censure.

That PF performance destroyed his career.
