got a day off tomorrow, hopefully my local EB has it in stock too. Was going to get Elite, I tried 2k10 last year and it didn't grab me. EA has given me little choice but to pick up 2k10 for my NBA fix and after visiting the 2k site and reading some reviews, EA may convert me through their absence as I will have time to get my head around the controls this time.

man, it's gonna take me a while to get my head around these controls. So fiddly, but I'm sure once I do it'll be good to have so much control.. Struggling to crossover..lol The Assosciation mode is deep, and teh My Carrer..ha! I'll never make it as a pro..

I bought it off here as well. The website is not working at the moment though do you think its just a maintenance or something more? Do you know roughly how long the game takes to get here once the order is made?

Was posted onto their twitter about 3 hours ago.

As for how long it takes, they usually email you with how it is going until it has been dispatched and for me, has usually taken 3 days to arrive from when it has been dispatched.

I have versed my Son 5 times now and I still can't beat him. GRRRR

Anyway he rekons there is only one problem with the game and that is that Season mode only lasts 1 year. Would anybody else agree with this?

Have you tried the Association mode? I reckon it's much better... although I've never played the season mode

That's sort of the point with the season mode I think. It's just to give that 'season' without any of the real stressful other managerial roles like trading, drafting, scouting, training, etc. etc. etc. that the Association mode offers.

I bought this yesterday to get a break from FIFA which I have thrashed since release. It is a ****ing sweet game, will start the Jordan Challenge some time today but last night I created a My Player. Unfortunately I got drafted by Detroit and we are 1-7 after 8 games.
