My pack luck has been horrendous. Sure I've only just started MT and opened maybe just under 10 packs, but the best I've got out of them is an emerald Kevin Love.

Every single time I get that "limited offer"

I must say though, after my initial tantrum at it being too hard i am getting better and building in my Career... up to starting now and starting to put up good numbers each game.... still want to smash things when I have a Good Release on a wide open 3 and the bloody thing misses.
And watching all those stupid scenes that you can't skip annoys the shit out of me as well

I really hope Live can get their act together as 2k18 is just taking the piss out of players this year. I used to love mycareer, I would literally retire my player on the day the new version came out, but this year it is just painful.
 
They've made the game such a grind this season.

I've been stuck on 88 overall for two weeks because the attributes bar takes forever to get to 100%. I don't know how guys are upto 94 already unless they play the game 24/7.

MyTeam is even worse in the grinding and I feel you don't get rewarded enough to stick with it.

Stockton is ridiculously good.

We all know how good he passes the ball but he can hit the contested three too ( klay was my best player until i got stockton, and if i need a late three with a hand in the face its either klay or John stockton)
 
Just started playing this. Really happy with the updates and changes. The shooting though is interesting. More of an art work then anything. It's good in a way cause some people just play with Golden state and jack up 3s with Curry.

It's all about the grind with 2k. It's real. Damn. MyPark is brutal, play against players that literally have player 2,000+ games! Wow.

Oh btw who is everyone's MyCareee ? I'm a rebounding Post Up Centre, more in the mode of Shaq. Just love cleaning the glass and grabbing rebounds. The shooting from 3s ain't my thing. Team work for me.

I think Kobe hunting has crashed the MyTeam servers. I opened four packs in hope being the Kobe fan I am... Naturally my shit pack luck continued, pulling a silver Sean Kilpatrick, gold Bruce Bowen, silver Donovan Mitchell and emerald Jabari Parker.

Fml.
 
This score 60 points with a single player with 8 Lakers on the team is going to ruin my bank, assuming I'm 5 hours too late to buy any Lakers players for a reasonable price.

Wow, at least 5k per, I really don't want to spend 40k on an outdated Ruby Kobe. I'll wait until the very end of the challenge to do it, when hopefully everyone is trying to sell and the prices crash.

I just died a little inside when I saw that someone pulled a Diamond Kobe on the bottom of the screen.

Also checked how many Lakers I have.. Just Larry Nance and Corey Brewer. That could be an issue.

I had 4 historic ones about 3 days ago, quick sold them all because I couldn't sell for 500. Sliding doors, hey.
 
I did the challenge, thank god for Jo Jo White. The 81 points with Kobe will be impossible as it's 8 min quarters. WTF 2K?
I had heaps of historic lakers thanks to historic domination. I bought a few ages ago also because I though about doing the historic collection for purple G Mikan. I had done all the current players for the Ruby D Fisher as well so the 8 players wasn't the issue.
Should I sell to get profit??

Pretty sure the 81 points is against Muggsy, post up game should make it easier.

I'd probably sell but I've been watching prices tank from 5k lowest to 2.1k lowest all day (xbox, but ps may be following a similar trend). Maybe they'll spike again tomorrow morning.

I would tell you what the PS market is looking like, but the servers (only on MyTeam... I can jump on MyCareer no worries) have been terrible all day.
