Pie floaters still around? Never eaten one anywhere. But only ever heard about them in Adelaide.

Also interesting stat I heard a few years ago - perhaps it’s well known - that Adelaide (could have been SA) the only city in the western world where Coke wasn’t the number one selling consumer drink
No, it's the only city in the world where a milk drink was #1

How long was Norwood Oval, Norwood Oval ??

I hope we keep it as Thebby Oval and just give naming rights to the HQ Building itself, but there's a big chance that doesn't happen.
It's still called Norwood Oval. It's just the naming rights that change according to the sponsor of the day. Granted Coopers have been and probably will be a long term sponsor and so the club uses Coopers Stadium where it can. Not sure if the ABC still call all the ovals by their non-commercial names, but they used to.

I'm certain the Crows will sell naming rights to Thebarton Oval to the highest bidder of the day, but it will still be Thebarton Oval. It would only change if they did what South Adelaide did and rename. I.e. Noarlunga Oval was renamed to Hickinbotham Oval and the naming rights currently have it as Flinders University Stadium for commercial purposes.

It’s a myth unfortunately just like the regent arcade ghost and the creed.

That's a rather long winded way of saying Noarlunga Oval isn't Noarlunga Oval anymore

Hickonbotham Oval wasn’t a sponsorship deal - they actually re-named the ground after Alan Hickinbotham.
