That was me on the other end. Asked him a few questions about the recruitment process.

I will give the only information that I can.

This decision was made on the basis of 1 reason.

1. The selection of untoasted BMT by Steven King (the lead applicant) at the airport

Nice to hear someone say it's a good club and a good gig to get. Realise it's very easy to say but the narrative of others ruling themselves out was getting old

Good point Don made about Daisy coming across. Our AFLW team has been the absolute pits since inception and now suddenly they're flying.

Bringing in someone with a fresh approach certainly rejuvenates people at an organisation and weeds out the ones who aren't interested in contributing.
