It's fine. The yellow Renault box on Port's jumper is the best though.
I don't mind the colour. It's just too big.

Too cluttered and covers up the design.

Remove the club logo, we all know it's PA anyway due to the black white and teal :)

I agree, Collingwoods guernsey's looked so much better once they got rid of their club logo. It's not needed as everyone knows what teams they are, same for the roos, and the cat's, it just clutters everything.

My mate works for ISC but he doesn't have any info on other teams at the moment, thats how I have found out about this

I actually think it looks good on the Geelong jumper.

I never noticed Collingwood got rid of it. Until now.

It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't such a dogshit logo. It's very dated and related to the lightning bolt theme they've largely abandoned.

PA would be my first choice for a logo overhaul now that the paddlepop lion is history.

I think most AFL clubs get away with it fine. The biggest frustrations are just poor integration, as opposed to the soccer where really badly designed logos are even more prominent – the A-League really has, what, three sponsors that genuinely integrate well? Then in England you have the moral bankrupt and design crimes of betting companies. We're lucky Bet365 and the tiny, how-do-they-survive companies aren't on jumpers here

Agreed. It's the club logo that ruins this jumper. Without it, the Renault logo could be moved up slightly, which wouldn't be a big change but would make a huge difference overall.

The reason we have the power logo is a historical one. It's how it was done in the SANFL.

I agree with Timewaster that the logo could be improved. While the logo incorporates both modern and historical elements, it's really outdated. We could go down a Rabbitohs-esque route and opt for a lightning bolt silhouette.

That actually looks really cool, could potentially look a little cartoonish on the real jumpers, but very cool.

I've always thought the Giants or Gold Coast should've experimented with the two-tone jumper design of the Rabbitohs. In those areas, you need to have a solid and obvious identity. Now the Suns colours are offensively bright and glaring, but they are associable. GWS have a nice logo that can sit alone or with a companion word piece, against white or black or orange, and still be obvious. So I think the next step would be having two jumpers (mainly) where they switched a few minor elements around to differentiate enough, but keep the main design.

So when little Jaxon and Tulisha sit down in their house in Penrith, with dad throwing his bourbon and cola at the screen in disgust at the gAyFL, the kids will always see the Giants as the team in those colours with that design. The minor changes won't make a difference. It's more linear than the current set-up.

I just don't think it's needed these days. Everyone knows what clubs wear what guernsey's, why clutter up a good, symetrical design, with the club logo. I mean every club has so much off feild merch these days with their logos splashed all over them, why does it need to be on the guernsey's as well??
This sums it up pretty well.

Not to mention, that in England, where almost every club has their logo on their shirts, there are clubs that have very similar colours and designs. The logo is required to tell the difference between, for example, Aston Villa and West Ham. Or to a larger extent, Man U and Liverpool. Here in the AFL, all clubs have largely different combinations of colours and designs that the logo is redundant.

When are next years jumpers generally seen on goodscore?
They normally put those pics up around late January- early March.
