Nah mate, like I said, it's fine.

But the only thing I'm worried about is poster watches league the entire season, knowing that they play for a team but pretending they don't. From there, if their team is doing shit, they simply ask to be signed up again, saying they only want to go to a finals playing team. They post for a while, and then the next season, they start the whole thing again. Pretty desperate and lowlife thing to do; to cheat in a fantasy competition, but it is possible.

I agree with the mid season trade idea, though it has to be exactly that, a trade period. No free angency, both the captains and the player must agree to a swap.
