yes agree with you moving pictures, i myself was at the game and it was good to see them come back after leading all day then losing the lead with only 2 or so mins on the clock.... alot of pressure on the young bloke to kick the winner but he kicked 2 goals in the last quarter and played well, was a good team effort after fitzroy hit the lead morang could of dropped their heads and given up but to their credit they stuck at it and lucky for the good mark and goal from number 22 to give them the win

Yep you are right Bart, Di Lalla did his team proud under massive pressure to kick that goal. good team effort as well for most of the game, did u play or watch Bart? I heard yesterday the tres of the club put in a solid performance in a practice match in Brighton in the ruck???? and has played a record amount of games? may be worth a try.

i had a good view of no.25's(lovett's) shot on goal at the end of the game, and the young fella should have drilled it. he did have a good game though, booting 3 in the last. it looks like he and big rose could have a good partnership working this year down forward.

thoughts?

I was actually referring to Sth Morangs No 25 who missed the sitter from the goal square in the dying moments and should have sealed the game.

The Stars do have some great talent that are enjoyable to watch.

what are you talking about moving pictures, south morang #25 didnt kick 3 in the last quarter, im a little confused... and are you godfrey joans aswell....

Ok, No I am not Godfrey Joans as well, I was just clearing up that I was refering to Morangs No 25, Godfrey replied to my post but was talking about the stars No 25 who kicked 3 goals. Morangs No 25 couldn't kick a goal or a footy to save himself Ha ha more kicking practice for Crissy???

Well done to the Mernda 2's on Sunday, big win over the top of the ladder Whittlesea. Backline turned over everything that was thrown at them. Bad luck to Beau for getting sucked in by the sniper #40, that thug was throwing punches all day. Great win.

Does anyone from South Morang or Hurstbridge know what incident occured with Jason hamilton ( Morang's Seniors coach) being reported by 3 umpires for misconduct/abuse?
Didn't get there till 3 qtr time and it must of been a bad day alround with him cause he was on crutches hardly able to meve.

its been a bit quiet in this forum lately so we probably need to get something going.

macleod had another big win today, conceding it was against heidelberg west. they are looking sharp at the moment with the use of the footy being probably there main strength. up forward it has to be asked if anyone can stop big sherpa. still a very open race, with the contenders being mernda, diamo, macleod and epping. the twin towers in rose/lovett at half forward are looking ominous.

quick question to all, who has been the best nfl/dvfl div 2 reserves footballer of this season, possible unlucky not to be playing 1s. we may call this the 'brad hodge medal'

damien murray from macleod....

Hurstbridge
South Morang
Parkside
Panton Hill & Reservoir

To battle it out for the Divvy 3 flag my money is on Parkside or Panton Hill? Ressa are also a chance with 3 home games in the remainder of the draw

Went over to the 1/4 time huddle of Epping's, #24 Beams I think it was, trying to " inspire " his boys. He hadnt even been on the ground yet, and when he did, what a shocker of a game he played. #44, Solly was hopeless , all he wanted to do was snipe. Well done to the Mernda boys, a great effort so far.

Well if Mernda can get over Diamond Creek this week (which they will) they will have a great chance at going back to back.
Watched them take Epping apart last week and it was the best 2's footy I've seen in a long time.
Good Luck Mernda, We can't have Macleod taking the lot can we.
