ANDY BENNETT won the divvi 2 comp medal that is a great effort by a kid who is one of the smallest players running around but has the heart the size of a lions heart...
awsome effort
well done Andy, pound for pound the bigest heart and more courage than any one else in Divvy 2 and just about all in Divvy 1.

I was saying to couple of the boys on Friday night that this kid has some ticker. In relation to having 'more' courage than anyone else in Div 2 or Div 1. You're dreaming Romper.

Regards

I played with young benno at Macleod juniors for a season and he was a gun back then, it seems nothing has changed. Boof do you happen to have the team of the year at hand? Care to list it kthx

Congrats to Andy Bennett. Standout player in very good side. Unfortunate for Craig Parsons who was leading by 3 when he broke his leg with 4 rounds to play.

Good idea. People were talking about it on Friday night. I believe the NFL are going to generate a PDF. Clubs can then print-out and post on their notice boards.

Regards

this wood b a good idea... hopefully they do this so that we can see how well some of the boys have gone such as varsa 'the train' markis and josh 'fingers' ernest

Team of the year is shocking.

Justin Murphy rarely played in the guts all year, Dale Nolan never played at full back the entire year, Harley Ryan never played in a back pocket, they picked three ruckman, didn't think Sagey had that good a year others can clarify (not saying he can't play because he can but didn't think 2007 was a stellar year for him, the bloke from Greensy is a token pick to include all sides.

I mean good concept but get serious about it. No round by round listings of votes available, no top 5 just a winner listed but there is a new logo.

Good to see we got the important stuff right!!!

I believe the right people from the respective Divisions chose the team(s) of the year. Those people being the Coaches. Or should US expert ‘dribblers’ from bigfooty choose? If nothing else, there would be some validity in any negative comments.

Regards

good team of the year appart from stanely at centre half forward i watched him play a couple times this year and didnt get a kick in both games and looked like the pace was a bit too much for him. I can also bet that the reason he kicked all his goals r cause mont isnt much bigger than the auskick ground on the mcg at halftime. well done too d-mac for league b+f

no doubt i am bias in my comments but i stand by them, i have had the pleasure of watching all but 1 of his games this year and like everyone at Macleod i have been amazed at his heart and attack on the ball, he is a 60kg kid who puts in on the line each week against 80, 90 and 100kg blokes, he gets smashed each week and loves every minute of it.

Regards...(sorry tommahawk)

Don't think the coaches actually picked the side just nominated players from clubs other than there own. Not sure who put the players in there chosen positions.
