What exactly is the problem? Have you tried searching on google if other people have had the same problem?

Yeah. I click on photoshop, the icon on the mouse pops up when loading. Then nothing happens. I've tried plenty of things but just can't find the answer.

I'm not sure about Windows 7 MS paint, but here's a normal paint tutorial.

Yeah, I'm coming along well, except for one thing: I can't find a way to make the background on the design templates transparent.
Is there a link that shows you how?

I had this same problem when I started.
I think it's in the "select" button?
The one with a dotted rectangle outline?

I haven't used paint in a while, so sorry if it isn't.

Yeah, I design as well. I was chosen to design the OFG Warriors kits, but lmach got in first and demolished any hope of me having a design for them to use
