Yeah... its that simple. If they prove there was a shipment ... should be a formality that all the 34 players were personally injected with that shipment one by one. There is no chance at all if they prove the shipment existed that the drugs didnt go to the Bikies, Gym Junkies or to the legit clinics that this criminals run.

Simple... case closed... players will get 2 years the minute WADA appeal. if only they took the deals that McD offered a year back...

It was the 2nd shipment that they thought didn't exist, not the first. Players did admit to ASADA being injected with what Dank told them was thymosin, not to mention Dank's admission in the AGE. Then there's text messages and consent forms. Good chance that the CAS could be comfortably satisfied that it was TB4, unlike a local tribunal. If they are comfortably satisfied then you have a problem. Many an aappeal has been overturned there.

On 23 August 2011 Dank forwarded a text message to Robinson stating:
"Don’t forget how important Thymosin is. This is going to be our vital cornerstone next year. It is the ultimate assembly regulatory protein and biological modifier."

Dank knew exactly what he was doing.

And we know he was willing to do "whatever it takes", as seen below.

Dank: I need some help with this football team.

Pharmacist: Don't worry buddy. We can start them on the cocktails next week. When is there (sic) next game?

Dank: Next Sunday against North Melbourne.

Pharmacist: How are the soft tissue injuries looking?

Dank: S--. 2 more.

Dank: I know the mechanism.

Dank: Can the AOD and the Thymosin be mixed?

Pharmacist: I can test it out. Also, is there a problem with giving them an anaesthetic in the muscle? I have discovered a new polymer which will provide a slow release system while repairing damaged cell walls. Intramuscular injection.

Dank: No problems with that all.

Dank: Is it efficacious?

Pharmacist: Very much so. It's amazing and being used in the USA for elite horse racing. I can even put the thymosin and AOD in it.

Dank: Perfect let's get going.

Dank: Have we tried it on anyone yet?

Pharmacist: Few dental injections for periodontal sockets but not for sporting.

Dank: Did they go all right with efficacy?

Pharmacist: Yep it did the job. Amazing repair properties

Dank: Let us test a couple of players.

Pharmacist: Sounds good buddy. Speak soon.

Good luck at the CAS.

You mean the convicted drug dealer and the dodgy doc.. yeah I am sure that they dont have agendas... and that their evidence and credibility wouldnt be questioned at all...

Perhaps WADA could offer a job to both of them to testify... that should do it.
Funny how such people were used by the EF C. Yes Let's see what they say under oath.

HTB logic:

Hird appeal - bad. WADA appeal - good.

Never change, foamers.
I think most people understood it was Hird's right to appeal but were frustrated when you then complain about how long it is taking for ASADA to bring charges against the players.

I'm more than comfortably satisfied, I think most would be. Perhaps the key for the AFL is letting WADA do the dirty work, every time the AFL prods the Golden One dirty things seem happen, so I wouldn't be surprised if they have decided it's too hard to get the golden head on a pike. So let WADA do it. The AFL tribunal findings had a small highlight, established there was no 'bad' thymosin there, helpful for a follow on case.

Added - I expect the AFL want the Golden Ones head, they have never been a forgiving organisation when they think they have been stiffed.

Looking desperate now mate!!! I cannot believe that Dank got found guilty of charges relating to Carlton FC... I wont a full inquiry into that club. Open up CFC just like essendon was and I bet you have the same quality controls in place at the same time... probably worse in fact as the club is a basket case basically.
CFC player didn't have multiple injections and no idea what. One support staff. But whatever eases your guilt.
