I'd be lying if I said I was unhappy when Woosha left us.. but boy oh boy, he's in for a world of pain. Very sorry to see him have to contend with it.

Just watching the pressers. Holy fu** Chris Scott comes off as a petulant sook while woosh presents himself as a professional and considered spokesman. You’d have thought the cats were the team who were smashed by 104 points.
Petulant Sook is a very concise way to sum up the whole geelong football club.

If you're going to read the Norf board get some popcorn, Snake and a Brisbane mod are going for 12 rounds.

After a day in which they kicked one goal while Brisbane had a 90 point win, they’ve tagged a Brisbane mod in to harass him, complained when he’s responded, argued that the umpires helped Brisbane win by 90, argued that the umpires cost them a chance at the game, and complained about their tax dollars funding Geelong’s stadium. All of this directed at a bloke who had zero involvement in the thread or their forum prior to being tagged in.

North fans complaining about free hand outs and umpiring on a day they won the count yet kicked one goal, all the while tagging in a mod and complaining he showed up. **** me it’s popcorn time over there.

Honestly this thread has been more interesting than all of the games this round

WOW... That is some “interesting” reading there. Unhinged to put it mildly. I still recall the insults by those two particular posters towards WCE supporters in the aftermath of the inaugural Brad Scott Week game in 2013... 6 years later and nothing has changed

The umpiring in the third quarter of our 49 point victory two weeks ago copped a mention in there. Loyal to a fault those two.

Latest ladder predictor. Obviously if we win out this is redundant, but let’s project us losing to Richmond for the sake of the exercise. Was trying to get my head around the Richmond tactical tank for fourth place option, which is looking less likely by the day.

Assumptions:
West Coast beat Adelaide and Hawthorn, lose to Richmond.
Geelong beat Carlton in R23.
Collingwood beat Adelaide and Essendon.
Percentage order stays as it currently is.

All plausible in my mind. This creates a branching situation on the ladder.

Option 1: Geelong beat Brisbane, Richmond beat Brisbane. Result: 1. GEE, 2. WCE, 3. RICH, 4. BRIS

Option 2: Geelong beat Brisbane, Brisbane beat Richmond. Result: 1. GEE, 2. BRIS, 3. WCE, 4. COL

Option 3: Brisbane beat Geelong, Brisbane beat Richmond. Result: 1. BRIS, 2. GEE, 3. WCE, 4. COL

Option 4: Brisbane beat Geelong, Richmond beat Brisbane. Result: 1. GEE, 2. BRIS, 3. WCE, 4. RICH

So basically if Geelong win next week, and assuming the percentage order stays how it is today, Richmond can’t afford a tactical tank for fourth, as they instead might wind up in fifth. Also, in this scenario second place may well be up for grabs for Richmond via percentage, so why would they tank?

Conclusion: Go Geelong.

West Coast are shit

I haven’t checked in on the scandal and rumours board for a while but I’d like to think someone has probably already made a Jeffrey Epstein cover up analogy
