Heritage Bank gained the naming rights to Carrara Oval after Metricon came close to entering receivership.
In March 2023 Heritage Bank then merged with Peoples Choice Credit Union. In November, it was announced the entity from that merger would be known as "People First Bank".
Hence the current naming for Carrara.
Hate Lyon but would love to see the opening of a refurbished Cheat Park commemorated with a Geelong loss.

Not the conditions for a tall forward either.
