And that is exactly why West Coast will be shit for the next 10-15 years. Imagine actually being told to tank and thinking that will build good culture. Yeah right. Plus I think it’s just they don’t care when not playing is. Not sure they are actually tanking.

Yeah nah. The definition of tanking is trying to lose deliberately. It doesn’t happen. It would be disastrous for club culture and morale.

Tanking in the literal form probably doesn't happen, but subtly doing it such as putting a younger team on the park with a lack of experience can definitely increase your chances of losing and securing some high draft picks.
