You are the optimism we need haha. The way I see it is that Carlton have spent longer at the bottom than we have so they have had the chance to accumulate more star players with their picks. We will therefore see a similar trajectory of success when Ras, Johno and Amiss are all best 22 for us. Until than we won't see much difference from last year.

I’m all for a fair tussle and think we can have an equal standing but if the umpiring is as ridiculous as it was the last 3 times we have played them
