Good point, if it were a home game, I imagine it would have to be underwritten. If it were an away game, who would go?
The AFL draw is based on several key factors:
Maximising Attendances.
Television Ratings
Membership figures
Etc Etc
Norf's 15,000 average attendance to matches, Poor membership, apathetic supporters, and a floundering board all contribute to the draw that they get.
Basically you get what you deserve.
