Just wanted to say what a great night it was at the B&F last night. If was nice to see the event upgraded to a sit down event with a 3 course meal bringing things into line with the mens one. The girls and all officials were very approachable and the atmosphere was a very relaxed one. (Boy can the girls talk). Player sponsors were also grouped together on tables so everyone could chat about their players. l was lucky enough to sit next to John Ibrahims granddaughter who is currently playing for the Murray Bushrangers and hopes to be drafted in next year draft and would like it to be North but will play anywhere. Got to speak to my girl Lulu who didnt even know she had a sponsor and was very appreciative of knowing ,so maybe the club should let the players know when they get 1. l understand there is a players sponsors night but if you decide to sponsor a player after that event they have know idea...So once again , had a great night...

Bella was very appreciative of having us as sponsors. Hard to get a word in with the other sponsors, but I asked her contract status, to which she said, "signed through 2024 and working on a 1 year extension on top of that". She also made mention that she thinks the season will move to 11 rounds in the near future and she was a hawks supporter.

That article is a confusing read, in the very first sentence it states we have secured the services of Libby and then states she has requested a trade to us. "Secured" sounds like the deal has been finalised, while "requested" suggested that finalising the deal is still to come.

I think she will look good in Royal Blue and White Stripes, but she won't be wearing the #9.

This is a grim time for Nostra - nothing to complain about

Libby Birch was extravagant in her praise of us after the first final. Smart girl. I know Tahlia pushed her around that day but she is a good player and will be an asset for us - although I‘m not sure how I’d be juggling a high performing defensive group, there must be a way.

I think Libby takes the second tall and this allows wright to be third tall/ interceptor - it’s more to het skill set than 1/1 defending
Might push an O’Shea to a wing or Shannon to the bench
