Birch and Wall on top of last year's side just round out everything perfectly. Wright being freed up from taking a big forward means she can play more as an interceptor, Wall's just so dangerous and applies so much pressure she makes everything easier for the players around her

Agree with this, Wall is one mean contest player, and you can see why they recruited Birch, great last line and good with ball in hand

That has to be the best quarter of football in the 9 seasons of AFLW. To dominate the defending Premiers like that, who I think have 19 players from last year's GF was amazing.

She played last season. Was with the Hawks Brisbane in 2022, us in 2023. Was a stand out on the wing.
