Dunno how to load it onto here, but with 2:45 left, 7 showed a replay of Fleming getting injured right near the boundary.
In the background there's clear footage of Hodder giving a Hawks player a little kick in the guts. Not to the level of giving her suspension for life but probably a reprimand and something worth raising as an "incident" I'd have thought.

There is a school of thought that says when star male players show up to watch a women's game, it validates the women's game. That kind of sucks. People in the crowd shouldn't be drooling over a star male player sitting on his arse doing bugger all in the crowd when there are star female players out on the field doing things that are worth watching.

Besides which, the only good reason for our entire men's playing list to show up to watch our women's team is to learn something.

The ko time put me off. Coming down from Geelong after work to get out to Carlton a bit much. I still did it but missed the first quarter and the games go fast before u know it is time to go home again

I had a conversation at the game about how Friday nights are not very convenient to attend these days. I loved them through the 90’s

I suspect we will get it again in two weeks time.

Two wins against the Crows shows we are more than capable although I would expect it to be a tough match. We need to work out a better plan for Chelsea Randall (if it comes to that) she is a great player.

I don’t think the Hawks are necessarily the walk over everyone is predicting. They have the ability to score quickly and any team that can get a score on the board is more than capable of pulling off an upset.

Then there was a clear face slap from someone on an opposing player in one of the games on Sunday I think it was, right in front of the umpire as well.

As we all know the AFL are well how can you say it without saying, oh I know one rule for one and another rule for someone else…!
