I had this stance long ago. Then I read clinical and peer reviewed articles around the entire argument. It doesn’t work as your mind suggests it does.

Its a naive and uneducated view.

I am a retired country footballer, won endless awards for most determined and most courageous footballers. Played senior country footy when I was 15 years old. I also have the educated ability to understand that climate. It is not what it appears to be on face value.

You need to read and understand the entire biology of what it takes to change ones self to meet set requirements. Its not black and white. Its not me, which I would put you personally in a coma on a footy field walking into a womens league.
