Onthe prowl you just hit the nail on the head. from what i recall the bloke who came over tothe bench in the last quarter i think his last name was smith is probably the weakest bloke going for the ball that day. he didnt ave a stat and got a season im pretty sure. eltham have i think 2 or 3 blokes going up..so they have exactly the same team with a few BIG inclusions.. gunna be another strong season for the panther id think!
I played Under 19's for Bundoora in 2004, and when we were playing against Northcote Park one of their players had the biggest nose I've ever seen. It was huge, absolutely massive, and we were winning quite comfortably (only side to beat Northcote Park that year).
One of my team mates was playing on pinocchio and there was a bit of sledging and bumping going on, and he kept calling him Big Nose. The Northcote Park player responded by spitting in his face.
Then, after the game once everyone was changed and heading home, he wanted to fight our player because he'd called him Big Nose, even though he'd spat in his face. We all left the ground as a team in one big group so he couldn't start something. Most of his team mates were telling him to pull his head in, but still, the worst act I've seen on a footy field.
Seems nothing much has changed down there in the last 4 years.
