The claims include:

– Tennis Australia filled out all visa documentation for players, officials and teams.

For Djokovic’s visa, the world No.1 was asked to “provide information” that was “specified by Tennis Australia.”

– Djokovic “did not know” what was written by Tennis Australia on his visa documents.

– Tennis Australia chartered and paid for a flight to bring Djokovic from Dubai to Melbourne.

– They “planned for the flight to arrive early” in the morning with “minimal border staff” working at Tullamarine.
– Tennis Australia “paid for a house in Malvern” for Djokovic’s planned stay in Melbourne, which he “did not use.”

– Tennis Australia “paid for all legal fees” in the Djokovic court cases regarding his visa woes.

– Renata Voracova, the Czech tennis player who was deported after problems related to her visa, asked Tennis Australia for legal assistance, similar to the help afforded to Djokovic, but her request was refused.

The Herald Sun has put Mr Locco’s claims to Tennis Australia, and asked for comment.

Can we please stop giving this Oxygen. Time to move on from this drama and focus on other important things in life
It’s still a big big story and this is a discussion forum, but of course no one has to be in here or read it. I’ve lost some interest but as new bits and pieces come up I’ll likely follow it again.

And of course the threads been an absolute belter. As well as being topical and informative it’s been one of the funniest I’ve seen. With a happy ending. And cake.

With Djokavic’s upcoming visa issues for the tournaments ahead and the scrutiny on TA, plenty left to run on this one yet.

You’d expect TA to cop a bit of heat after the latest revelation

We need Wosh to promise cake with another cake topper for the French open. Doesn't matter whether he's in or out, really! ;)

After all, it was a French queen who said "Let them eat cake."

Shocked! Stunned!

Sam Newman was practically jizzing his pants talking to Locco on his podcast today. "Djokovic is a star", "this government is the most corrupt, dishonest, blah blah blah..." Same thing every week.

None of this information (as yet unverified) should be a surprise to anyone, nor does it change the fact that the ABF and Alex Hawke took the right course of action. It merely emphasises how manipulative Craig Tiley and Tennis Australia have been in this circus. Is the board of TA accountable to anyone? They're not going to sack themselves.

The lesson for rich people: pack your own suitcase and fill in your own forms. Don’t leave everything to minions and only find out later that they tucked something into the lining or ticked the wrong box.

The first 3 bits are the interesting claims . I didn't understand How he got his visa in November . If true what docs did TA supply and were they legit?
Visa itself is pretty straight forward. As long as there's no criminal history or past immigration issues, there'd be no reason to deny it. It's just the first step. No questions there about vax status - that comes later.

TA would probably have his details on file from previous entries - presumably they've done this for a few years!
